Най-вече това означава, че им помагаме с техноте икономически модели и засилването им чрез свързване с нови партньори и потребителски групи. В Пловдив се фокусираме с колектива "Космос" върху съживяването на кино "Космос", като разработваме нови модели, за да се гарантира финансова устойчивост на проекта.
- Какво Ви мотивира да станете част от One Architecture Week?
- Искам да разбера какви са проблемите и предизвикателствата в Пловдив. Също така искам да се запозная с нови интересни и заинтересовани хора.
- Кои са трите най-важни неща при финансирането на проект за устойчиво развитие?
- Трябва да има общност зад проекта, трябва да се съчетаят "награди" от различен тип (финансови, емоционални, социални) за членовете на проекта и също така трябва да се създадат партньорства с другите "актьори" в градската среда.
- Можем ли да наблюдаваме някаква мода в градските проекти? Например тази година да са на мода обновяванията на паркове, догодина - общинските жилища, и т.н.?
- Основната тенденция, която виждаме, е повече от промяна в отговорностите. От съображения за намаляване на разходите и демографски дефицит много общини и държави в Европа вече не могат да предоставят услугите, които гражданите очакват от тях. Така вече в много градове виждаме модели на "споделена администрация", в които гражданите поемат някои от задълженията на държавата или общината и намират алтернативни начини за финансиране на тези услуги.
- Какви са перспективите за град като Пловдив, където се провежда One Architecture Week?
