Да си добър специалист означава и още нещо. Мениджърите трябва да заложат на изключително добри и подбрани стоки или услуги - те са най-мощната стратегия срещу големите глобални марки, които се опитват да предлагат всичко за всички.
- Една от най-продаваните ви книги е "Бъди различен или умри". Има ли друга алтернатива?
- Диференцирането няма алтернатива. Всеки бизнес трябва да намери начин да се отличава от конкуренцията. Това трябва да стане по смислен и безапелационен начин.
В това отношение маркетинг мениджърите трябва да разработят конкретна програма, точка по точка, която да е ясна на всички и да се спазва стриктно.
- Съществува ли универсален маркетингов лек срещу кризата или рецесията?
- Има само едно лекарство - добавената стойност. Маркетинг мениджърите трябва да разказват уникални, стойностни и верни "истории" на своята публика.
