Пълнените чушки с боб, заедно с постните зелеви сърми, са задължително ястие за трапезата на Бъдни вечер
Продукти:
100 мл. олио
джоджен
черен пипер
чубрица
червен пипер
1 морков
500 г боб
1 глава лук
200 г орехи едро счукани
1 пак. червени чушки сушени
1 кисела зелка малка

Начин на приготвяне:
Накисваме боба от вечерта, изсипваме водата и го сваряваме, като сменяме водата 1-2 пъти.
Накисваме сушените чушки в топла вода. Приготвяме плънката, като задушаваме олиото с лука, нарязания на ситно морков, подправките и добавяме сварения боб и орехите накрая.
Пълним чушките с плънката и затваряме отгоре с нарязано на ситно кисело зеле. Поставяме чушките в тава, като между тях слагаме нарязаното кисело зеле, доливаме малко зелев сок.
Печем на 180 градуса, около 30-40 минути.
Съвет:
Не слагаме сол в плънката, защото използваме кисело зеле и зелевия сок.
