Двамата са искали пари от студенти, за да повишат оценките им
Двама професори от Университета по хранителни технологии в Пловдив са арестувани след разследване на "Господари на ефира".
В ареста са проф. Николай Банков, шеф на катедра "Електротехника" и проф. Симеон Василев от катедра "Техническа механика и машинознание".
Двамата са обвинени в корупция. Преподавателите са искали от свои студенти пари, за да им пишат по-висока оценка на предстоящи изпити. Сумите, които са искали, са по 300 лв.
Задържането им е станало пред очите на студенти и колеги преподаватели.
Сигналът е подаден от потърпевши студенти. За да се докаже вината на професорите, студентите се явяват на изпит, на който дават подкуп с белязани банкноти.
След съвместна акция Икономическа полиция и Окръжна прокуратура преподавателите, както и посредниците при предаването на парите, са задържани.
